We get rainy season every year on the coast but this year it was long and late and unusually wet. The good news is that the small farms of our neighbors will benefit in the long run from the water in the soil for the crops. The bad news is that it has temporarily slowed to halt the building of our boys’ homes.
It is too risky to construct when the rain is so heavy. Both in terms of the safety of the workers and the integrity of the building work. But we’ll be back at double speed (or as near to it as we can) when the dry comes soon.
